Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy: Students must reserve their lessons in advance through YEON ACADEMY. Course availability is subject to the schedule shown on the website. Students should provide accurate contact information when booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least **24 hours before the scheduled lesson**. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be considered a missed lesson and may not be eligible for a makeup lesson or refund. For the 4-week program or 3 week program missed lessons must be rescheduled within the applicable program period when availability permits. 3. Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, students may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, YEON ACADEMY will contact waitlisted students in the order they joined the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. 4.Late Arrival: Students who arrive late will receive the remaining lesson time, and the lesson will generally end at the scheduled time. 5. Online Class Policy: Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and appropriate device for online lessons. YEON ACADEMY is not responsible for technical problems caused by the student's equipment or internet service.
